Key purpose of the Job

The Group Works HR Head (Employee Engagement) is responsible for formulating the Works HR engagement plan and budget as well as overseeing effective implementation of the same for staff & associates in the Group across geographies – Sri Lanka, India & Bangladesh. Maintaining harmonious employee relations and increased employee satisfaction scores are critical to the role holder.

Key Responsibilities

1. Formulate and deploy the Works HR engagement plan and budget for staff and associates across the Group
2. Oversee achievement of Works HR employee engagement / employee relations deliverables in the group that includes industrial relations, employee engagement and welfare
3. Drive synergies with the internal and external stake holders for achievement of the Group functional objectives
4. Direct the team for achievement of the functional KPIs
