Consultant – SAP CX

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Consultant – SAP CX. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.
The Consultant – SAP CX will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and solving SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Services Cloud related issues
- Conducting SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Services Cloud process configurations
- Updating and maintaining all SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Services Cloud functional documentations
- Analyzing and scoping end user authorization roles
- Conducting unit tests, integration tests and System Integration test
- Proposing solutions to improve the support of new business processes
- Supporting the functional team with issues and providing a solutions-based approach within the defined SLAs
- Configurations related to master data and guiding and training users on business processes
- Being involved in the full cycle of SAP implementations
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience – SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Services Cloud, with a minimum of one full cycle of SAP implementation
- Experience in any other SAP Modules (i.e., Sales and Distribution, Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, Cloud Platform Integration) will be a definite advantage
- Certification in SAP CX and knowledge of S/4 HANA will be an added advantage
