Are you a creative thinker with a knack for photography, videography, editing and occasionally some acting? Hatch is looking for a dynamic individual to support the team with social media content creation for marketing campaigns across several verticals (Programs, Infrastructure, Maker Studio, Events, general branding)

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, film/photograph, edit and release content needed for marketing campaigns across different verticals in a timely manner.

Analyze and report insights regarding engagement for all content released on a weekly basis

Manage communications which come through on a daily basis via the various social media channels as comments and DM’s (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter and Linkedin)

Desired Skill set:

Experience using and creating content across social media platforms using basic design tools such as Canva/video editing software/photo editing

Have an understanding of how to track and apply content analytics to increase engagement

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and execute in a timely manner

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Sinhala and Tamil would be an advantage.
