Coordinator – Recruitment & Activation

The Job

The person will be responsible for manage the overall coordination with departments, branch network and external parties.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Responsible for managing the projects initiated by Recruitment & Activation team and coordination with all internal and external stake holders.
• Preparation and analysis of monthly / annual sales & budget reports and present MI for decision making when required
• Assist to organize promotional materials, competitions and special events related to recruitment and activation

Candidate Profile:

• A Degree / Diploma in Business Management / Marketing from a recognized University or Institute
• A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in similar capacity and previous experience in Insurance/ Finance industry would be an added advantage
• Excellent planning and interpersonal capabilities along with strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong conceptualization & Analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent command of English / Sinhala language (Both Oral and written) with energetic, friendly and outgoing personality.
