Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries both telephone and walk-in
- Student enrolment process and fee collection.
- Engage in marketing activities of the company to promote the services
Requirements:
· Age between 20 – 26 years
· A sound educational background with A/L and participation in extracurricular activities.
· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English are essential (ability to communicate in Tamil would be an advantage).
· Sound knowledge in MS Office packages
· Outgoing forward personalities who like to speak to people
· Possess good interpersonal skills
· Have a positive ‘can do’ approach
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Previous experience in a similar capacity.
