Customer Service Officer
FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls with a high level of call quality & customer satisfaction
- Attend to all walk-in customer queries and transactions
- Update daily complaints in the ZOHO support Ticket system
- Ensure that the customer complaint is closed looped and resolution is given to all customer complaints
- Update new leads into the ZOHO CRM system
- Handle the General line of payable solution in queries and requests
- Act as a representative of Payable team for the customers at any given time
REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E (Advanced Level)
- Male Candidates
- Excellent Communication Skills & Customer service mindset and a team player attitude
- Previous customer experience valued
- Language proficiency is a Must – English, Sinhala and Tamil
- Should be willing to work on rostered shifts, 6 days a week, including 1 of the day of the weekend.
- Basic IT skills, knowledge over digital media and mobile apps
