Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards.
Complete daily checks of all mis en place to ensure freshness and quality standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Person Specifications
- Professional qualification from a reputed Hospitality or Culinary Training Institute.
- 3-4 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a five star property.
- Advanced skills and creativity in food preparation.
- Special knowledge in modern trends in culinary practices.
