Responsibilities
- Work closely with the digital media arm, the development team, design team, and Product Owners to guarantee an outstanding product outcome.
- Support both the developers and designers as your role grows and assist the client.
- Write content for various domains and purposes, such as content for websites, social media posts, email campaigns, proposals, and presentations.
- Study the requirements and encapsulate the client’s needs to formulate content, directing the creative team towards delivering content and creatives that align with the client’s brand image.
- Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Manage the built strategy and ensure effective execution.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Manage all digital marketing channels.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites.
- Acquire insights into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare and manage a digital marketing budget.
- Oversee the company’s social media accounts.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Build an inbound marketing plan.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Analyze digital marketing analytical reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with social media campaigns, Google AdWords, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Digital marketing background.
- Top-notch communication skills in English, both verbal and written. You should not be afraid to communicate.
- Precise and thorough checkups of curated content.
- A keen eye for detail in website design and user experience.
- Proficiency in French is an added advantage.
- Qualification in marketing will be an added advantage.
