Director Guest Experience
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Guest Experience to join the Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort pre-opening team in Colombo. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is the much anticipated $1 billion hotel opening in late 2022. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Director, Guest Experience will be responsible for the Resorts Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge, Club Lounge, Bell Desk, Butler Service, Airport Desk and Car Fleet. The role will develop the critical pre-opening path and implement the Guest Experience strategy to ensure the Cinnamon Life brand service strategy and initiatives are accomplished. You will ensure Guest Experience operations meet the brand’s standards, guest satisfaction metrics, colleague satisfaction, revenue generation, and maximise the department’s financial performance. As a member of the Operational Planning Committee, you will be required to develop and implement Resort-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet and exceed our guests and colleagues’ needs and expectations and provide a return on investment.
Do you have strong Front Office experience in large Resort environment? Do you have pre-opening experience in a management role? Do you have Opera implementation experience? Do you have a strong end to end guest focus? Do you possess strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and lead teams? Do you have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role?
