Job Responsibilities
- Have strong experience related to Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods
- Overlook usage of space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Ensure periodic inventory count & documentation
- Proficient in standard logistics software. Prior experience in a warehouse management system would be added advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational skills, communications and interpersonal skills
- Make sure quality, budgetary targets and safety objectives are met
- Overall cost reduction of logistics & warehousing including manpower
Person Specifications
- Degree or a Professional qualification in supply chain management
- 2-3 years’ experience in Executive position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office packages Ability to learn on the job and work with tight deadlines
