Key purpose of the Job

The Engineer-Automation supports the Group BEETS Automation team in identification and implementation of Automation projects. This includes plant visits to identify current gaps, providing inputs for project identification, preparing project gates, approval documentation and conducting project progress reviews with the concerned SBU / plant teams, for achievement of the project objectives by designing and fabricating necessary machines. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible to execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning and execution of allocated Automation projects
2. Liaising with internal and external stake holders for effective project implementation, including support for group motivational initiatives
3. Preparing and submitting  MIS, reporting and functional updates, as per guidelines
