• Experience in workshop/event planning is an advantage.

Job role :

• Setting up virtual meetings and coordinating logistical requirements for physical meetings with relevant stakeholders as per the instructions given by the forum.
• Creation of glue-up pages, flyer briefs, and moderating webinar sessions according to the agendas confirmed by the forum.
• Carrying out desk research on advised subject areas and compiling the information in suitable formats.
• Reaching out to partners, sponsors, and other stakeholder to educate them with forum events and initiatives via emails and telephone.
• Taking meeting minutes of important discussions, circulating them among the relevant team members, and following up on the action items.
• Supporting the Program Manager and forum volunteers to prepare forum presentations, TORs, SOWs and EOIs
