Key purpose of the Job
As Executive – Administration, you will be reporting to the Manager – Administration of the SBU. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and coordination of the plant transport requirements through the plant Administration Head. You will coordinate with transport management vendors for SOPs/checklist adherence, ensuring optimal service delivery to internal customers and execution of functional initiatives. You will be required to maintain flawless transport with on time arrival, OT transport handling, Ad-hoc transport and other areas as applicable. You will also support the company’s future plans and help drive the Brandix values and culture across to all its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Execution of the transport management SOPs, checklists and vehicle condition requirements in coordination with transport vendors
2.Implement initiatives to drive a flawless service, and training requirements, as per plan
3.Work with internal and external stakeholders for achievement of functional deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction objectives
