Key purpose of the Job

The Executive- Bonding is responsible for assisting the bonding team towards driving the bonding operations. This includes managing productivity, quality, innovation, profitability and people efficiency.
The role holder is responsible to plan and organize the functions that is given in order to achieve KPI targets. Furthermore, the job holder is answerable for the execution of vested duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving bonding solutions through new bonding methods, glues and operations.
2. Ensuring seamless integration of the styles for flawless product commercialization.
3. Driving achievement of functional targets and ensuring adherence to quality standards across the plant.
4. Leveraging relationships with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently manage business operations.
