Job Responsibilities

• Voucher creation on cross-departmental requests.
• Complaint resolution on vouchers/ cart rules & campaign issues.
• Day-to-day cart rule discounts management.
• Managing Campaign discounts & live quantity sharing to drive GMV targets in line with allocated subsidy budgets.
• Managing B2B voucher requests & Complaints.
• Managing payment partnership discount execution.
• Daily check on the performance of the mechanics & subsidy.
• Work with the product team on UATs on new tool development requirements.

Job Requirements
