Scope

The role holder will support the concerned Finance Business Partner Lead, for achievement of the functional business partnering objectives. This includes monitoring, preparation and validation of functional MIS, reports and analytics for enabling KPI achievement, and driving special projects that add value to the function and the overall business. Also, will support the Manager in functional business partnering initiatives (budgeting, forecasting, reviews facilitation, improvement initiatives, governance)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation, monitoring and validation of functional MIS, reporting and analytics, as per guidelines
• Responsible for driving special projects that add value to the organization
• Supporting the Manager for functional business partnering initiatives, as required
• Working with the internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and Accenture Finance team for the achievement of the functional deliverables

Qualifications

• Passed finalist of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Financial/ Business Management
• 2 to 3+ years of relevant experience with a good knowledge of financial planning and accounting concepts
