Executive – Group Learning and Development
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Group HR team as a Learning and Development Executive who will be responsible for supporting the DGM Talent Management to drive a learning culture across MAS. Is responsible for the execution of duties which will facilitate the provision of meaningful Learning & Development related solutions across the group, in order to drive business performance and to support manufacturing plants and the Group to meet deliverables when executing duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Support team to facilitate learning across MAS.
- Supporting and executing plans for design and delivering of open enrolment and facilitating unit specific training and development
- Execute implementation plans to maintain and administer the learning & development modules and ensuring process and system are aligned seamlessly
- Executing initiatives in alignment with Group L&D budgets taking in to consideration the group wide initiatives and is monitored managed effectively to meet planned initiatives
- Support the creation of a coaching culture across MAS
- Execute duties related to the competency framework
- Assisting with the researching and application of competencies in alignment with changing business needs/trends/roles
- Assisting with the creation of awareness and education on the competency framework and its application within talent processes
- Supporting manager to execute duties to ensure all new roles are mapped and aligned to the frameworks philosophy.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies
- Graduate in Business management/ HRM/ or qualified in professional business education (CIMA, ACCA).
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience handling Training/ L&D (Experience in a multinational organization will be an advantage).
- Excellent skills in Communication (verbal & written).
- Good analytical skills.
- Experience is using HR systems.
- MBA will an added advantage.
