Executive – HR & Admin
ParentPay Group is the European EdTech market leader in MIS, cashless school payments, school meals management and communications software. Across our Group, we help more than 20,000 schools effectively manage their data, save administration time, and reduce costs whilst enabling millions of parents to communicate with their school, remaining engaged in their children’s education.
For this role you would need to be resident in Sri Lanka. It is currently remote but the successful candidate may need to attend the office in Colombo in due course.
Main Purpose
This is a new role supporting our growing Sri Lankan division of ParentPay Group. Working closely with the Managing Director on recruitment plans and budgets you will be involved in the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding to offboarding.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Management and ownership of the end-to-end employee recruitment process for the company – ideally within tech/IT
• On-boarding process for new recruits
• Training and social event coordination
• Handling of resignation process
• Other relevant HR functions under supervision of the Managing Director
• Liaising with all headhunters/recruitment agencies
• Handling LinkedIn account/direct job applications
• Liaising with the partnered agency for HR matters (Payroll/expenses/claims etc.)
• Liaising with the Group HR team for HR requirements
• Owner and executer of all HR guidelines and policies
• General office administration/day to day operations
• Supervision of office assistant
• Work closely with the Managing Director and teams in Sri Lanka and UK for budget preparations
Educational/Professional Qualifications & Experience Required
• Minimum 4 years’ similar experience in a HR department
• HR Qualification/Certification or any equivalent
• Experience setting up new processes and procedures
• Experience of working in an international company with ability to navigate different cultures and time zones
• Knowledge of the HR process in Sri Lanka
