Executive HR & Administration
Job Summary
Coordinate and perform all responsibilities related to HR and Administration of S&T Interiors (Pvt) Ltd, while building and maintaining good relationships with employees at all levels and other stake holders for the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive the general HR functions at company level including recruitment, performance management and leave and absence
- Data uploading and maintenance of employee records in HRIS and ERP Systems
- Provide administrative support for the smooth running of company operations
- Periodically update and maintain office asset logs, document hard copies and e-copies
- Overlook office compliance and maintenance work
- Overlook and coordinate project insurance renewals and registrations and renewal of employee insurance
- Sustainability data entering and maintenance of records up to date
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Human resource management from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Fluent in English and Excellent computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Teams).
- Ability to interact and coordinate with the management and team members at all levels.
- Self-motivated and ability to perform duties with minimum supervision
