John Keells Holdings PLC, with Five Decades of experience in the FIT, GIT and MICE segments along with a large portfolio of Tour Operators spread globally.

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Executive – Human Resources. The selected candidate will report to the Assistant Manager – Human Resources.

The Executive – Human Resources will be responsible for:

• Smooth functioning of HR Administration while ensuring process compliance
• Conceptualizing and executing Employee Engagement activities as per the event calendar
• Developing the employer branding strategy to create awareness of the friendly and participative work environment of the company while building close relationships with key stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating the Employee Life Cycle and Onboarding & Offboarding activities on Success Factors HR Information System
• Reviewing of HR processes in a timely manner in order to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency
• Designing and carrying out HR Communication strategies for Leisure Inbound Sector
• Providing timely and accurate information to the Management on HR related areas

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar job role together with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Management or a Professional Qualification.
• Possess strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
