Executive – IT, Vacancies At Hellmann MAS Supply Chain, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We are looking for an energetic, target oriented individual to join our IT team.

The ideal candidate should be required to perform the following duties and responsibilities attached to the job role.

Responsibilities

Installing, configuring and first level troubleshooting of Laptops, Desktops, Network printers

and copiers.

Configuring and troubleshooting of company mobile devices (iPhones, Android devices and

handheld scanners)

Coordinating with Service Desk to provide onsite or offsite (remote) support for day-today IT issues.

Maintaining Up-to-date IT asset inventory.

Keeping records of all kind of IT related changes.

Working with respective IT teams to install, configure or upgrade network devices.

Working with patch update management and storage encryption technologies.

Coordinating with suppliers, service providers for IT related purchasing and repairs.

Performing site visits when required (within Colombo area)

Working on Saturdays or extra hours when required. (in case of emergency or special

situations)

Qualifications

Minimum 02-years of experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Motivated individual with strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in IT.

CCNA/ MCSA consider as an advantage.

Hands on practice of Windows based OS, Media Deployment Tool (MDT)

Knowledge about Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP technologies.

Basic knowledge of SCCM, Desktop Central and Microsoft BitLocker.

Explore OneDrive, SharePoint and O365.

Basic knowledge about routing and switching, VPN, VLAN, firewalls, and network security.

Willing to learn new technologies and work under minimal supervision.

Valid driving license with motor bike will consider as an advantage
