Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales team, coordinating Sales /Technical activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The marketing support executive responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

What You’ll be doing,

• Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project, quotations, tenders, and Registration of Suppliers is delivered on time

• Supports engineering team & sales team by preparing quotations & tenders, and maintaining of records related to business opportunities, both submitted & foregone

• Coordination and facilitation of all matter related to administration to ensure smooth operation of the company.

• Delegating tasks to appropriate team members.

• Co-ordinate and set goal for tender teams both internal & externally to achieve desired results. The post involves the setting of time sensitive tasks for members of staff to produce work for team in good time for the relevant document submission

• Check various tender search systems daily and identify the contracts which may be of interest to the company, either to bid or for market intelligence purpose.

• To develop good working relationship with all company departments.

• An ability to take minutes at meetings as well as ensuring accurate up to date records are kept of all action points

• Maintaining Agreement & NDA’s

Are you the colleague who,

• The ideal candidate must around 25-30 years and fully or partially qualified in CIM/SLIM or any other similar professional qualification.

• Overall 2+ years’ experience in the field of Sales and Marketing is compulsory

• Excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English and Sinhala

• Strong proficiency in PC skills, including MS word and excel

• Should have strong work ethics
