Key purpose of the Job

The Executive – Planning is responsible for performing all activities of pre-production planning and scheduling for the assigned business unit by coordinating with various stakeholders. The role-holder is responsible for following up and ensuring availability of raw materials on time for production at Trial, Pilot and Bulk stages.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Responsible for planning and scheduling the pre-production activities to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on time customer delivery

2.    Responsible for deployment of pre-production plan, monitoring execution and issue resolution

3.    Responsible for risk analysis in the pre-production, trial and PPZ stages and prepare and circulate reports of the same

Education

Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Statistics or a related field

Experience

Around 2 years of experience in an Executive position in an apparel manufacturing environment would be advantageous
Be technically competent to work together with the rest of the Technical teams in identifying and finding solutions to the problems faced in the manufacturing process
