Executive – Production
Key purpose of the Job
The Executive – Production oversees the production function (sewing operations) of the Plant. The role holder will guide and motivate the production team to achieve the set production targets effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include meeting targets for cost, quality, delivery and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving achievement of production targets and ensuring quality of products meet customer/buyer specifications.
2. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sewing operations.
3. Responsible for implementing process improvement initiatives.
4. Supervising the team of group leaders and SMOs.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Clothing Technology/any other relevant field with relevant certifications in Lean & Six Sigma.
Experience
1 – 3+ years of relevant functional experience with understanding of BCIP/Lean techniques, process orientation and Project Management skills.
