EY Design Studio – Summer Internship

We are seeking intern students to join the EY Design Studio within the Business Consulting sub-service line:

• About the Experience Design Practice at EY Design Studio: Our passion is to create innovative experiences, through human-centred design, that deliver on our clients’ objectives. We strive to provide the fresh, relevant and modern design and development services of a nimble digital agency coupled with our deep consulting experience, grounded in industry context and cross-industry best practice. Our core competencies are UX/UI design, research and service design, technology and strategy, project management & operations to create unexpectedly clever digital experiences. We’re curious, persistent, and we focus on creating meaningful client relationships and lasting partnerships.

As we are client facing, we expect our co-ops to demonstrate professionalism and competence in the client’s environment. To maintain a strong client focus, be responsive to client requests, and to develop/maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. Students working for us should keep up to date on current business/economic developments relevant to the client’s business and collaborate with team members to set goals and responsibilities for the project.

• Qualifications:
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in interaction design, service design, human computer interaction, computer science, product management. Degree pursuits in a related field, such as graphic design, animation, industrial design or architecture will be considered.  
  • Ability to work with team members to support the creation of compelling, insight-driven products and services
  • Demonstrated project management, teaming, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skill 
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Accepting direction and feedback with an open mind and actively participating in meetings, workshops and working sessions
  • Taking ownership of tasks, including consistent review of your own work to identify and improve an approach for producing high quality work products, while working under supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Committed to integrity within a professional environment

What you can expect

• We are currently accepting co-op applications for our Business Consulting – EY Design Studio for May-August 2022.
