As part of the wider North Technology group, we are at the forefront of technology in the performance marine industry. We are looking for a Finance enthusiast to join our Shared Service Team to support our growing presence. He/ She will be required to work with our DynaRig Team and handle the following responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the DynaRig Team based in Sri Lanka (offshore) and support it’s growing presence
- Checking relevant source documents, record them in the system and arranging payments for them
- Carrying out Bank/credit card reconciliations on all bank accounts and posting payments in system
- Manage relationships with suppliers through timely payment and receipts
- Assist in the improvement and streamlining of the accounts payable process
- Assisting internal/external queries regarding invoices/payments and other
- Responsible and assisting the team for month end closing and preparation of intercompany, monthly supplier reconciliations.
Candidate Profile
- 3 – 4 years of accounting work experience
- A degree in Accounting or Finance or completed ICASL/ACCA/ CMA/CIMA
- Fluency in English & Leadership Skills are a must
- High level of personal integrity with the ability to independently work in a highly dynamic, team-based environment
- Should be able to build up a good relationship with the client as well as with the customers
- Excellent command in English and computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
