Key purpose of the Job

As a Graduate Trainee – Finance, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager of Brandix Apparel Solutions Limited – Casualwear. You will be responsible for assisting with the achievement of financial KPIs of the location, ensure a sound control environment within the location to ensure assets are safeguarded, maintain integrity of financial statements, and provide financial input for decisions/proposals made within the manufacturing unit. You will also be required to partner with the Cross functional team, BU Accountant and the CFO effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitoring expenses
  2. Ensure accuracy of Management and Statutory reports
  3. Adhere to internal and external deadlines for reports and safeguard assets
  4. Ensure all payments are as per Group policies, establishing a strong control process
  5. Ensure smooth functioning of the Finance division


A Degree in Finance or a passed Finalist of CASL/ACCA or CIMA.


A minimum of 6 months experience in the Apparel industry will be an added advantage
Sound knowledge in Financial Accounting and analytics
A good team player with excellent communication skills
