Key purpose of the Job

The Graduate Trainee – Bonding is responsible for assisting the bonding team towards driving the bonding operations. This includes managing productivity, quality, innovation, profitability and people efficiency. The role holder is responsible to plan and organize the functions that is given in order to achieve KPI targets. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive bonding solutions through new bonding methods, glues and operations.
2. Ensure seamless integration of the styles for flawless product commercialization.
3. Drive achievement of functional targets and ensure adherence to quality standards across the plant.
4. Leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently manage business operations.
