Key purpose of the Job

The Graduate Trainee –will have to manage  R&D  technical and coordination  function in the plant. The role holder will guide and motivate the R&D technical  team to achieve the set Sample targets effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include meeting targets for  quality, delivery and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of Sample targets and ensure quality of products meets customer/buyer specifications
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sample operations
• Implementation of process improvement initiatives
• Supervise team of Group Leaders and MOs
