Guest Service Manager
Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo, premier five-star urban resort is part of John Keells Holdings’ Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts chain.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate effective administration/management of the Lobby and Front Desk activities of the hotel.
- Recognize all VIP & repeat guests.
- Ensure that special requests are accommodated promptly & accurately.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and provide efficient services on guest requirements.
- Assure that services provided by the hotel are in line with the required standards.
Person Specifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality management from a recognized professional institution.
- An excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent inter-personal, communication & problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
