What does a Guest Services Manager do? (with pictures)

Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo, premier five-star urban resort is part of John Keells Holdings’ Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts chain.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effective administration/management of the Lobby and Front Desk activities of the hotel.
  • Recognize all VIP & repeat guests.
  • Ensure that special requests are accommodated promptly & accurately.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and provide efficient services on guest requirements.
  • Assure that services provided by the hotel are in line with the required standards.


Person Specifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality management from a recognized professional institution.
  • An excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent inter-personal, communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
