Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires an expert with a proven track record in managing substantial advertising budgets and delivering significant ROI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media buys across multiple channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective media buying strategies to maximize media spend efficiency across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Manage monthly media budgets exceeding $10,000, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum campaign performance.
  • Conduct rigorous market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify the best media buying opportunities.
  • Negotiate with media sales companies to secure advantageous terms and placements for our campaigns.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to track and analyze campaign performance and produce detailed reports highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leverage historical data and analytics tools to forecast outcomes and adjust media buying strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align media buying strategies with overall campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media suppliers and partners.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize buying strategies and processes to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing monthly advertising budgets of over $10,000.
  • Proven track record of generating profitable ROI from media campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics and media buying tools and platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful media campaigns and detailed performance reports.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
