Requirements
- Master’s in HRM / Business Administration or any relevant qualification as a specialized Management Professional
- Minimum 10 – 12 years of working experience in the Human Resources field
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, practices, functions, systems, and solutions
- Being a people person and passionate about serving others
- Effectively communicate and a self-motivator with the innate ability to motivate others
