Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Producing accurate monthly/quarterly/bi-annual and annual analysis and dashboards on headcount, manpower cost, attrition & onboarding, including trends and commentary.
- Creating employee Headcount & movement reports, transfers, promotions, salary increments, incentives, bonus payouts and other analytical reports on a timely basis.
- Assisting with the Annual Manpower Budgeting exercise for the AMW Group by providing accurate statistical data and analysis for decision making on budgets and subsequent budget iterations.
- Developing, monitoring and executing reports on Talent Management, Performance Reviews and Employee Engagement.
- Liaising with the Group L & D team to track Development Plans for Succession Planning
- Coordinate with the HO in UAE for all employee related data and reports
- Supporting the senior Leadership teams and HRBPs as required with data analysis and reports.
Key Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an HR analyst or in a similar capacity.
- Should have experience in a SAP environment
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Exceptionally good excel skills – knowledge of Tableau desirable.
