Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the vacant positions at the entry-level are filled on time.
• Liaise with hospitality training institutions on recruiting interns. 
• Assist in employee induction & training.
• Coordinating Hotel`s Rewards & Recognition programs. 
• Organize staff events. 
• Ensure that welfare facilities and benefits are provided to associates as per the hotel standards.
• Coordinate the non-executive performance appraisal process.
• Attend to matters on associates` discipline and grievances.

Person Specifications

• A higher diploma/Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution with at least 03 years post qualifying experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
• Thorough knowledge in Human Resources Management & Labour laws. 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
