We are a business consulting consortium which provides diversified solutions in Financial Advisory, Audit, Accounting, Company Secretarial, HR Solutions and Wealth Management since 1990.

Your Responsibilities

Recruitment and onboarding process.

Assist the Management to drive the company HR Policies/Strategies. Liaise with Labor department, EPF and ETF Departments. Maintainence and documentation of HR documents. Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Personal Profile

 

Bachelor’s Degree in HRM from recognized University or full or part qulified in PQHRM. Minimum of 1 year work experience in similar position and 3 years’ work

experience in Human resource management.

Minimum 1 year experience in payroll processing.

Must be familiar with labor law, liaise with labor department and other related forums would be a definite advantage.

Excellent communication skills both in Sinhala and English Language.

Strong Mathematical and analytical skills

Ability to work independently with high degree of responsibility.

Age below 30.
