HR EXECUTIVE

Euro Motors (Pte) Ltd, is a sole agent for importing & distributing JAC brand – new commercial vehicles in Sri Lanka. Today the organization has become the market leader by satisfying customers in Sri Lankan Market over 17 years with an extended product portfolio which consist of complete range of light commercial vehicles. Overall, it’s not only the product or vehicle we offer to our customer but the total satisfaction which make our customer delighted. We are now looking for a dynamic and decisive personality for the following vacancy with our Company.

JOB PROFILE

Responsible for carrying out all HR functions giving more weight over recruiting, hiring, talent acquisition and retention.

Carry out the HR audit every year and report over the deficiencies to the management and take immediate corrective actions to solve them.

Ensure the strong positive and friendly organizational culture.

Actively handle and participate to all the legal matters relating to labor law.

Identify the training requirement and organize and carry out the training program whenever required.

Carry out disciplinary procedure whenever required and take action to maintain the high level discipline at all levels.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

Degree/ diploma from recognized university or institution.

Should be able to demonstrate strong leadership and personality in working with all level of staff.

Excellent communication skills both in English and Sinhala.( Excellent in English is must)

Ability to write letters and reports (both in English and Sinhala) in highly professional level is must. Hands on experience in MS office package (Excel / word and PowerPoint)

Prior experience in HR software is important.

Prior experience in handling labor issues and legal matters is advantage.

Be reside in Colombo and suburbs.

Be able to work under minimum supervision.

Office administration skills and experience is added advantage.

Must have at least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
