HR Intern (Learning & Development)
Exactpro specializes in quality assurance services and related software development with a focus on test automation for financial market infrastructures worldwide. We design software for testing technologically sophisticated platforms of our clients – leading financial industry companies. We are looking for a proactive HR Intern who will work closely with our Learning & Development team and participate in managing both global and local training and development projects.

Responsibilities
- support the L&D team in the design and delivery of training and development solutions through the execution of operational activities and duly follow up on them all through implementation;
- manage and monitor course release calendars and communication of training content on the online training platform;
- assist in the preparation of communications and presentations for training courses/content;
- track the hours across all training programs managed by the L&D team;
- support in preparation of reports or dashboards with key indicators required for the L&D team project;
- participate in the L&D department events & activities.
Requirements
- currently pursuing a Degree or having a Diploma/Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management;
- experience in using the Microsoft suite products;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- strong written, verbal, presentation and report writing skills.
