We are looking for a proactive HR Intern who will work closely with our Learning & Development team and participate in managing both global and local training and development projects.

Responsibilities

  • support the L&D team in the design and delivery of training and development solutions through the execution of operational activities and duly follow up on them all through implementation;
  • manage and monitor course release calendars and communication of training content on the online training platform;
  • assist in the preparation of communications and presentations for training courses/content;
  • track the hours across all training programs managed by the L&D team;
  • support in preparation of reports or dashboards with key indicators required for the L&D team project;
  • participate in the L&D department events & activities.

Requirements

  • currently pursuing a Degree or having a Diploma/Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management;
  • experience in using the Microsoft suite products;
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • strong written, verbal, presentation and report writing skills.
