Job Responsibilities

– Ensure cadre availability and optimization strategies are rolled out at the Distribution Centers (DCs)

– Consider the operational demands and propose the most sort after people solutions, both operationally and financially

– Drive the roll out of talent management strategies at the DCs, thereby ensuring the talent pipeline for critical positions are managed

– Closely evaluate the outsourced cadre utilization, propose methods and proceed to optimize the same

– Promote Executive development initiatives across the business unit by prioritizing the organizational development and skill development interventions

– Promote harmonious work environment via encouraging amicable IR practices

Person Specifications

– Academic or equivalent professional qualification in mgt., or in HRM

– Minimum of 4 years prior exposure in handling HR at a manufacturing or a warehousing environment

– Ability to manage multiple stakeholder demands effectively

– Being able to commit for extended working hours and weekends when required

– Strong interpersonal skills

– Effective leadership qualities

– Excellent command in English and Sinhala while ability to converse in Tamil would be an added advantage
