Human Resources Assistant / Intern
Responsibilities
• Assisting HR with the process of recruitment.
• Assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
• Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
• Entering employee data into a computer database
• Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
• Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
• Attend to general HR queries and requirements.
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Management, or other relevant fields
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of general HR administrative work practices and methods through a minimum of six months of experience in an HR-related role.
• Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills (English and Sinhala).
