Human Resources Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall HRM functions of the group mainly recruitment & selection,, employee welfare & engagement and HR administration.
- Preparation of HR reports/ presentations to the management and accurate record keeping
- Be conversant with the labour laws & regulations
Candidate Profile:
- BSc Degree from a recognized university or a Qualification in HRM from an established institute
- Minimum of 6 Months of experience in HRM
- Working knowledge in MS Office and numerical proficiency
- Good communication in English & Sinhala languages
