Job requirements:
Should have a degree/diploma or a professional qualification in HR Management
Minimum 2-4 years experience in the related industry
Being able to work under minimum supervision
Excellent people handling skills and leadership qualities.
Able to work in a pressurized and dynamic working environment

Responsibilities:
Assist in HR and administrative operational matters
Ensure all documents are up to date and maintain each and every record in a timely manner
Engage in recruitment campaigns and meet client requirements on time
Implement employee welfare strategies to improve the retention of the employees
Conduct interviews engage in ER part of the employees
