Requirements

• Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognised institution Two years of proven experience in
• the field of Human Resource Management Sound knowledge of functions in Human Resources Excellent command of the English language and computer literacy
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring the right resources are onboarded at the right time by staying involved in the recruitment and selection processes
• Managing all Talent functions related to the trainee cadre of the firm
• Organising of monthly employee engagement activities.
