As an Executive – Human Resources you will be responsible to perform the following tasks to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Recruitment process by sourcing candidates, organising the preliminary interviews for executives & below, the subsequent recruitment activities and correspond and organise to ensure availability of all facilities / system access at the time of recruitment of new employees.
  • Update and share relevant adverts for internal and external recruitment opportunities by liaising with department managers when required and administer & update the Oracle systems in order to ensure availability of relevant information of employees of the SBU and to also meet the group deadlines.
  • Support to plan and execute various GHR programs and initiatives such as DNA, COC, DAR etc: by coordinating meetings, create materials and provide ongoing support and follow up in project timelines.
  • Provides administrative assistance such as filing paperwork, making new hire and termination files, maintain personnel files. Creates and distributes flyers and newsletters, as assigned.
  • Coordinate and support to organise training programs in accordance with current requirements including new employee orientation. Support to Identify and organize related training to meet specific departmental needs.
  • Connect with terminated employees to organise the exiting process by visually examining exit check list to ensure a smooth process of an employee termination.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee details to support a comprehensive data management systems and dashboards for varies HR functions to facilitate effective and accurate retrieval of data as & when necessary.
  • Organize companywide welfare projects and special functions (event management) in order to promote harmonious employer employee relationships within the organization.
  • Perform additional duties that commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources / Business Management and administration / Personnel Administration or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
