Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities:
· Develop And Implement HR Policies and Procedures That Align with The Company’s Goals and Objectives
· Oversee The Recruitment Process, Including Creating Job Descriptions, Posting Job Ads, Screening Resumes, And
Conducting Interviews.
· Onboard New Hires and Coordinate the Orientation Process.
· Maintain Employee Records and Ensure Compliance with All Applicable Laws and Regulations.
· Manage Employee Relations Issues, Including Conflict Resolution, Disciplinary Actions, And Performance Management.
· Administer Employee Benefits Programs, Including Health Insurance, Retirement Plans, And Time Off Policies.
· Develop And Deliver Training Programs to Enhance Employee Skills and Knowledge.
· Collaborate With Other Departments to Ensure Alignment with Company Goals and Objectives.

Requirements:
· 2-3 Years of Experience in HR Operations, Preferably in A Healthcare Industry.
· Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills
· Strong Knowledge of HR Best Practices and Applicable Laws and Regulations.
· Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks and Priorities in A Fast-Paced Environment.
