Responsibilities:
· Develop And Implement HR Policies and Procedures That Align with The Company’s Goals and Objectives
· Oversee The Recruitment Process, Including Creating Job Descriptions, Posting Job Ads, Screening Resumes, And
Conducting Interviews.
· Onboard New Hires and Coordinate the Orientation Process.
· Maintain Employee Records and Ensure Compliance with All Applicable Laws and Regulations.
