Human Resources Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the senior managers and business heads in setting KPI criterions for all technical and non-technical staff.
- Analysis of performance and KPI data via tools such as excel and power BI.
- Coordinating in issuing/designing detailed job descriptions for tech and non tech staff
- Manage the virtual training platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and provide weekly/monthly insights to the management.
- Managing physical training sessions for all tech and non tech staff from the skill analysis
- Handling and coordinating the indoor and outdoor insurance schemes.
- Manage the HRIS system in aspects related to Performance Management and Training & Development modules.
- Coordinate and solve any HRIS issues with HRIS vendor.
- Present the management on the weekly/monthly/biannual/ annual performance or progresses on the assigned HR processes.
- Assisting the monthly events as a team member
About the ideal candidate
- A degree in Human Resource Management
- Experience in a similar role for more than 2 years
- Previous work experience in an IT company would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge/Experience in virtual training platforms such as LinkedIn Learning would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge/Experience in niche recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in HRIS preferable Hsenid
- Strong knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Power BI
- Knowledge in performance management and T&D processes
- Excellent communication skills in English
