Human Resources – Intern

What you will gain with your internship at Mitra ;

• Be a part of a rigorous technical recruitment function. 
• Exposure to all HR functions and contribute to enhancing them with your own ideas and creativity.
• Exposure to managing internal stakeholders to succeed in delivering HR results
• Play a front end role in organizing industry events and recruitment drives

What you will do;

• Screen potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
• Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and assist recruitment team to select the most suitable candidate
• Update HRIS accurately
• Coordinating new hire orientations.
• Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders
• Attend to any other tasks assigned by the Associate Manager – HR

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate ;

• Reading for or completion of a Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management/Engineering/Physical Science or Professional qualifications in CIM/CIMA/PQHRM or any recognized qualification.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent team player with good communication skills.

• The ability to work as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

• ‘Can do’ attitude
