Job Responsibilities

Assist in preparing personnel files of recruits and maintaining and updating all the critical documents.

· Coordinate the employee contract renewal process with the departments.

· Assist the recruitment of trainees and employees to entry-level positions.

· Support the HR team to drive staff engagement activities.

Person Specifications

Full or part qualification in HR from a recognized Professional institution.

· Strong verbal and written communication in English and Sinhalese languages.

· A high level of proficiency in using MS office.

· Excellent skills in time management and prioritizing.

· The ability to adapt and learn fast.
