Human Resources Internship

Responsibilities:
* Manage internal databases of employees
* Leave Management & Attendance record maintenance
* Assisting payroli preparation
* Screen resumes and application forms, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
* Assisting the onboarding & offboarding processes
* HR-related document preparations (Letters, appointment letters, agreements, etc.)
* Training Agreements & training records procedure handling & managing
* Assist HR staff with other HR-related matters

Qualifications:
* Undergraduates from a recognized university specializing in HR or partly qualified at CIPM Sri Lanka
* Fluency in English and Sinhala Written & verbal)
* Good knowledge of MS Office Package and HRIS
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous internship working experience will be an added advantage
