Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our team as a Intern – HR and Recruitment. This internship will offer valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. You will be exposed to a fast-paced and collaborative environment, supporting our team in meeting client expectations and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes and technologies

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and smooth logistics.
  • Assist in conducting phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop and refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring all required documents and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
