Human Resources Manager
THE ROLE
- Facilitating and advising on strategic HR initiatives
- Overall, in charge of the Talent acquisition process.
- Setting of Individual KPIs, KPI cascading, and improvement of existing Performance Management System in order to link it with rewards
- Introducing Best HR practices and procedures
- Handling of staff overseas travel arrangements
- Handling of Administrative functions and employee engagement initiatives
- Planning and organizing human capital development and coaching initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc in HRM from a recognized University or Professional Qualification in HRM from CIPM
- MBA in HRM or professional membership from a recognized HR institution would be an added advantage
- More than 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager-HRM/Senior HR Executive at a reputed organization, preferably in the IT or BPO industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience in applying Best HR practices across the organization
- Experience in integrating existing HR functions with HRIS
